Rental Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide access to power and water.

• Water slide requires a working hose and spigot.

• No shoes, food, or sharp objects allowed on any equipment.

• Adult supervision is REQUIRED at all times.

• Do not use equipment during unsafe weather conditions.

• Customer is responsible for any/all damages due to misuse or negligence.

• Equipment must not be moved after setup without approval

• Relocation fee $75.

• Delivery is free within 15 miles. Additional fees may apply beyond that.

• Water usage may create wet or muddy conditions, Sweetv Party Co. is not responsible for lawn damage.

Damage Fee Chart

By submitting this form, the customer agrees to the following potential charges if damage occurs:

• Minor Cleaning (excessive dirt, food, stains) : $50-$150

• Minor Damage (small tears, repairs needed): $150-$500

• Major Damage (large tears, misuse, water damage to equipment): $500-$2,000

• Total Loss/ Replacement (severe damage or missing equipment): $2000-$4000 + $100 service fee

Payment and Damage Authorization

Hold Harmless & Indemnification Agreement

By submitting this form, the Customer agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweet Party Co., its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the use of rented equipment.

Customer acknowledges that the use of inflatables, water slides, and party equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, or equipment misuse.

Customer agrees to assume full responsibility for:

• The safety of all participants

• Proper supervision of all equipment

• Ensuring all rules and safety guidelines are followed

Sweet Party Co. shall not be held liable for:

• Injuries to participants or spectators

• Property damage resulting from use or misuse

• Accidents caused by failure to follow instructions or safety rules

Insurance & Liability Acknowledgment

Sweet Party Co. maintains general liability insurance coverage. However, this coverage does not eliminate the Customer’s responsibility for safe use and supervision of all rented equipment.

Customer acknowledges that insurance coverage is subject to policy terms, conditions, and limitations, and may not cover all incidents or damages.

Customer agrees that they remain fully responsible for:

• Supervising all participants

• Enforcing safety rules

• Preventing misuse of equipment

Inflatable & Water Activity Risk Acknowledgment

By signing this agreemnt:

Customer understands that the use of inflatable equipment and water slides involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, collisions, and injury.

Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment and agrees that Sweet Party Co. shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from normal use, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Weather Policy

For safety reasons, equipment must not be used in high winds, rain, lightning, or severe weather conditions.

Sweet Party Co. reserves the right to cancel, delay, or stop use of equipment due to unsafe weather conditions.

No refunds will be issued once equipment has been delivered and set up, unless otherwise determined at the discretion of Sweet Party Co.
